Simonsen- Spindle Washer: #1191-01

Primary Application: Used on 6-ton and 8-ton heavy-duty pull spreaders.
Function: It protects the outer bearing from the rotational friction of the spindle nut and distributes the tightening force evenly across the bearing's inner race.
Installation: This washer is installed after the outer bearing is seated on the spindle, but before the Spindle Nut (#1191-02) is tightened.
